Description: Up for sale is a very rare piece. This is an Imperial Navy Veterans association flag. This is the rising sun and has some kanji denoting the city its from. This comes with a 3 piece pole with Imperial Navy finial, the original tripod, and a leather carrier for parades. The flag itself is in good condition but does have stains and slight rips. Still displays very well. Heavy duty silk material. The mount is starting to rip as shown, although the cotton reinforcements that bare most of the weight are still in good condition.
