This piece is a vintage Plastic Insert for a light up sign advertising Champagne Velvet Beer. Seen a few of these....but not this one. NOS. Very good to excellent condition. No breaks, tears, holes, etc. May be a few minor surface scratches from handleing over the years. Party on the Beach with CV Beer. Suitable for framing without a light.
