The front of the card features an early American Legion Auxiliary emblem design illustration in red, white and blue, and the following: ************************************** With Best Wishes for a Quick Recovery ************************************** The inside of the card features a single red star and an American Flag displayed on a floor stand illustrated in red, white and blue, along with the following message: The Officers and Members join in extending to you Friendly Greetings and Best Wishes for a speedy return to Good Health. The flag is visible when the card is folded or open. It is signed on behalf of The American Legion Auxiliary Post 12 in Elyria, Ohio by Sunshine Chairman Grace Keyes. The card is a product of Lynn Card Co., Hutchinson, Minnesota, and likely dates to the 1940's or 1950's. It is in Very Good Used Condition for its Considerable Age, marked and signed as noted, with a short pen mark in the upper left corner. Please see accompanying photographs.
