Rare 1970s AMTRAK "Gas Pains? Take Amtrak For Relief" Original Train Poster

Description: DESCRIPTION: Hard-to-find and highly sought-after 1970's Amtrak train poster - "Gas Pains? Take Amtrak for Relief!" This advertising concept was a very clever response to the late 70's gas crisis, with its high prices and long lines. Poster measures 25" x 40". The colors are strong and the image is crisp. Condition: The poster has been rolled and the paper is a little stiff. There are some areas of faint, yellow discoloration near the upper right corner and a spot or two elsewhere. Pinholes at all four corners. There is a short tear at the center of the top edge. Several light creases in the body of the poster and near the corners/edges. Some tape residue and light soiling from handling and exposure near the top on back. Please see last few pictures with arrows pointing out these issues. Free Domestic Shipping!
