The original box measures approx. 12" by 12" and shows some scattered wear from storage. The spine is marked "Joe R-1 4-14-03". The reel/tape has been used, but is in well kept condition. The metal reel has some marker writing on it. An assortment of paperwork is including that may relate to the material recorded on the tape.
