Rubbing to the extremities, but a solid copy; contents with scattered foxing/toning; top of the title page and contents page have been trimmed. This copy with the a finely printed contemporary bookplate of Sarah F. Turner, Newport R.I. Additionally her name in ink in several places within the volume, in one instance preceded by "Miss." We have been unable to identify who this might have been, but a fairly early American woman's bookplate, particularly given the she was unmarried and likely young. A pleasing volume with interesting provenance.
