I may make general comments of condition- these do not override what you see on the pictures- you be your own judge- NM which looks perfect to me (I am not CGC), High Grade- small imperfections can be seen like a spine ticks, Mid Grade- rolled spines/readers/corner issues, and Low Grade- heavy read with many issues.
