This large figural rug is woven with vibrant colors of red, black, turquoise, tan, white and brown. The central Knifewing figure is surrounded by four smaller figures in each corner of the rug. The rug is further enhanced with patterns of geometric symbols as well as eye catching border designs. Navajo weavings are thought to be some of the most colorful and best-made textiles produced by North American Natives. They are sought after by textile collectors and Native arts collectors alike.
