Description: Peg Perego Vintage Italian Pram/Toddler Stroller in green wool. Seat + Sleeper. I'm selling a gorgeous vintage Perego stroller in avocado green wool. Made in Italy, likely in the 50s. Has been stored inside and is in very good used condition. It's a stunner and comes with lots of shiny chrome, thick wool, and super sturdy Italian construction. It's like a race car for the littlest Formula 1 drivers. Very easy to switch between the bassinet and toddler stroller (sleeper versus seat) and the frame folds down for easier storage. It’s very hard to find these vintage strollers with the amount of extra parts that this one comes with! Bassinet: Includes a mattress, sun canopy, snap on wool cover, and adjustable bassinet seat (can prop baby into a sitting position) Toddler stroller: Includes a toddler seat with reclining back and adjustable footrest. Also includes the original plastic safety belt and a fringed sun canopy that quickly snaps into the frame. Frame: Includes a removable metal basket on the bottom and a sturdy mechanical brake. Nice rubberized hand grip that's in good shape. The shocks are springy and perfect for absorbing rough terrain (or lulling baby to sleep) Wheels: The wheels show wear but are still sturdy and the stroller rolls beautifully! Flaws: This is a vintage stroller and has some pitting and scratches on the chrome parts. Additionally, there are two small holes on the bassinet canopy, very faint staining on the wool of the bassinet cover, and some fading on the visor. The bassinet mattress has a stain on the vinyl covering. Additionally, the inside of the bassinet has some faint rust stains on the vinyl at the head side. Finally, the sun canopy for the toddler stroller does have a stain on the cloth and the bump guard on the toddler seat is a little worn. These are all minor issues as the overall condition is really amazing.
