There are no exceptions to this rule so please do not ask. On average I ship three times a week so most packages are shipped out within 2 business days of payment being received. Please keep in mind I have no control over the Post Office so the final delivery time depends upon them. Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases. Unless otherwise specified there is a minimum $1 handling fee for each additional item. The final total depends upon the size of the actual items purchased so email for a full quote before buying.
