Description: Opuntia Nemoralis Ouachita Mountians Prickly Pear live rooted cactus plant. This is an uncommon cactus species that is hard to find in collections. Cactus will arrive bare root with no soil. It will be ready to be planted and recieve some water as it is a more sub-tropical species from the south-central US that is used to more rainfall and higher humidity than other cactus species from the Southwest US. It measures about 10" in length. Please understand this cactus is fragile and some pieces may break apart during shipping. If that happens just know all those individual pads can be rooted and create brand new plants. **Open box carefully. Handle the cuttings with metal tongs. This plant features some small spines but does have plenty of glochids as do all prickly pear species that will stick in skin.** Please understand I as the seller am only responsible for getting plants/cuttings delivered healthy and prepared to plant. Anything that happens after such as the cutting not surviving is the buyers responsibility. I only send plants that I know are healthy enough to survive the shipping proccess/have the capability of rooting and if the buyer does not have the skills/knowledge to keep a plant alive please do not message me saying it is my fault for sending a "bad plant". The climate you live in may also be completely different than where I grow my plants so make sure you do research and have a proper situation for specific plants before buying because once again I am not responsible for plants not surviving in climates they are not suited for.
