Description: Old Carved CONCH Shell Pretty LADY 800 Silver CAMEO BROOCH PENDANT in Orig Box DESCRIPTION : This listing is for a vintage lovely lady oval carved conch cameo pendant and brooch set on 800 silver. It was made in Italy and the name on the original box is Giovanni Apa. This piece can be either used as a brooch or a pendant. It is bezel set, surrounded with silver and measures about 1 1/2" long and 1 1/8" wide oval in shape. This wonderful old cameo is in great condition with some very minor wear on the silver, which needs polishing. It would make a great gift for yourself or that special someone.
