Description: Up for sale here is this NOS vintage General Instruments (probably made by Micamold) paper capacitor, dated 1963 and Made in USA. It is marked 16 uf 450v, but tests higher and shows some voltage leakage, so you'll probably want to restuff it. US shipping and handling is $5, and international is $18, no matter what quantity you buy.
