They called the event the Grand Re-opening and hosted it for 3 days. On each day of the event they gave out a different splatoon poster with a different design and each one featured the new Nintendo New York logo and the Re-grand opening information with the date it was given out. This one was 3 of 3 and was given out on February 21st 2016. There is a 4th poster to this set that was employee exclusive. I am still looking for poster #2 and the exclusive poster myself.
