Description: This listing is for a Civil War era reproduction, produced in 2024, Uberti 1849 Pocket Model grip screw. Includes a single blued steel (black in color) grip screw as shown. Extra small size for the upper back strap position. Part #32 in Picture 2 and 3. Compatible with all the Uberti 1849-1862 pocket sized models. The 1849 is the middle of the 'pocket' sized versions of the Colt series of open top revolvers. It is about 2/3rds the size of an 1851/1860 series and uses a .31 caliber five shot cylinder. First was the 1848 'Baby Dragoon' in .31 caliber. Next was the .31 caliber 1849 'Pocket' revolver with loading lever. Last of the series being the 1862 'Police' and 'Pocket' models over bored to .36 caliber with superior steels. This part is new. Some minor wear, marks, scratches and discoloration is possible. Not compatible with original Colts or other brand replicas.
