Glatfelter & Co." on bottom of title page; -book has TWO (2) dustjackets: the original one and a second one on top of the first dj to match the covering on the box of birdfeed which is included with the book; -both the book and box of bird feed are packed in a cardboard box designed to match the two item's positions in the box; a cardboard insert is used under the book; -includes a large glossy folded printed sheet issued by Glatfelter to promote their package-includes 2 white printed cards asking for some feedback (FEEDback and birdFEED....get it?!?) -the cardboard box is super clean on the inside but stained and dirty from its mailing on the outside, in 1978 see images
