Description: This is a gorgeous piece of native silver crystals on white calcite that fluoresces pink under UV light. Silver isn't often found in crystal form but here is an example of large piece of dramatic crystals in calcite. It comes from the Bouismas Mine, Agdz, Bou Azzer mining district, Zagora Province, Drâa-Tafilalet Region, Morocco. The piece measures a 2.5 by 2 inches (6.35 by 5.08 cm). The crystals form single units and clusters with the calcite exhibiting a beautiful pink color under long wave fluorescent light. The wooden cube is for size perspective as it measures 1 cm.
