Description: This is an original Mopar power steering box assembly out of a 1970 Cuda. This came to me along with a collection of part from a long time collector. This came off of the 1970 Cuda in good working condition. The owner wanted to replace all the steering components on the car prior to sending it to auction to be sure there were no issues on the auction block that would decrease bidding. This box was removed and simply put in the replacement boxes' box where is have sat on a shelf. Turning the input, the box responds quickly and seems nice and tight with no binding. The box is cast G 226762 R 7 and 350. I believe the 350 is the date which decodes as the 35th day of 1970. This box lists as fitting 1962-1972 Mopar A, B, and E bodies. Please confirm your specific application. This box is in very nice survivor condition as shown. It came off the car in good working condition. I see no pitting, breaks, or other damage to this box. I imagine it would be a good idea to replace the seals while it is out for trouble free use. Don't miss this very nice factory original power steering box.
