This small single piece was produced in Germany and is company marked "Foreign" with mold mark 331/25.It was presumed that this is a Scheurich pottery piece and after some research, it has been confirmed it is. It was made circa 1954-1962 and would have come out of factory with a "Handgemalt", meaning hand painted, silver lable which is no longer present. This dish is in excellent condition for its age. No chips or cracks, just age and handling related shelf scuffing on the base rim. A great piece to use as a candy dish or just to display along with your other MCM pieces décor.
