From a local estate...see our eBay seller's list for more fresh finds. Height is 8". It bore a handprinted Maiori mark on the underside but, in cleaning, was (sadly) removed. Our research leads us to be believe it may be a Perla? product. The all-around underglaze decoration reminds us of the work of De Simone. A happy man leads a donkey in a southern Italian landscape, a tree and dwelling completing the picture. Mediterranean colors on a white background. See all the pictures of the different views for the form, colors, decoration and condition which is very good as noted. No chips, cracks or repairs. No scratches or discoloration. No crazing. There's a small dip at the top edge from in the making which we'll mention solely for the sake of full disclosure. It's in lovely shape. Check our feedbacks and buy with confidence!
