In overall very good/near excellent condition with some light fading on the lid and a minor crease across the words 'KITCHEN SET', which looks worse in the pic than it actually is depending on lighting. The MARX Modern Kitchen is neither terribly rare nor all that common, but finding just a box in this good condition IS pretty rare, I would think. Quite simply, you won't find many of these still around in this condition.
