Description: NOTE: I have used uncopyrighted stock images for your reference and my convenience. Will take photos of actual LP ASAP or upon request. My set is in at least as good condition at VG, maybe better. All Things in Time became an immediate success on the back of its lead single, "You'll Never Find Another Love Like Mine". Reached #7 on the Billboard 200. "You'll Never Find Another Love Like Mine" gave Rawls the biggest hit of his career, topping Billboard's R&B Songs chart and Adult Contemporary chart, and making #2 on the Billboard Hot 100. Side 1 has one (repairable) surface scratch the width of the disc thru all tracks, which is a shame because it's otherwise pristine. Scratch is shallow and may be repairable. Jacket has previous ownership label across the top of jacket. Discounted this heavily. Will consider just throwing it in as a free bonus, if you buy something else. Hit me up on email if you do. It's unfortunate that Side 1 is scratched and that the scratcher stuck an ownership label to the jacket. The rest of the disc is nearly perfect and is a rare, perhaps unique, combination of stampings and etchings, as far as I can determine. It's still valuable from that perspective. If the scratch is reparable and/or doesn't affect the sound quality, then you've really got a good deal here. Did not do full research on this Philadelphia International Records disc. Appears to be some type of a Pitman pressing with undocumented variations. "P" appears to be faintly stamped in runouts denoting a Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Pitman pressing. All else is etched, except as noted, below. The strings for this particular disc are: Side A runout: P (or perhaps " o") P.I.R. AL-33957-3B F/W :-) (THE "P" STAMPING, IF THAT IS INDEED WHAT IT IS - COULD BE " o" - IS VERY FAINT, AS IS TYPICAL OF PITMAN STAMPINGS; I DID NOT FIND THE "3B" ETCHING DOCUMENTED FOR SIDE 1 RUNOUTS) Side B runout: P T-2 P.I.R. AL-33957-3D F/W :-) 4D or B or S(THE "P" STAMPING IS CLEARLY THERE AND IS UPSIDE DOWN; "T-2" IS ETCHED ALMOST AS AN AFTERTHOUGHT AND SEEMS TO BE BY A DIFFERENT HAND OR TECHNIQUE FORM THE REST OF THE ETCHINGS; "3D" IS UNDOCUMENTED FOR SIDE 2 RUNOUTS; THE ADDITIONAL STAMPING OF THE "4D" or "4B" or "4S" DOES NOT SEEM TO BE DOCUMENTED AT ALL; IT IS LARGE AND VERY APPARENT, BUT THE LETTER IS AMBIGUOUS THE MORE ONE STARES AT IT) If you live in or near the Boston/Providence/Hartford triangle, email me here and we can meet in a public place to review the lot.
