Description: For sale here is a $1000 Series 1934 Federal Reserve Note issued by the San Francisco, CA district #12.It has a light green ink overprint, which is a raer and more popular variety of series 1034 Federal Reserve Notes. It is in above average condition, with bright colors and no stains or tears and slabbed Very Fine 25 by PMG. The slab mentions ink (bank stamps actually; a faint one on front and a darker one on back) but no tears, stains or annotations. Very Fine is a good grade to buy for value because it is nice looking but cheaper by far than superlative grades. If you are looking for a nice looking, above average grade $1000 bill, this is it.
