Description: Up for your consideration is this SPECTACULAR, antique Chinese necklace! It consists of large mottled green jadeite jade beads which graduate gently from approximately 9mm up to just under 12mm in diameter. These beads are interspersed with enameled metal beads in blue and purple enamels, which feature Shou symbols. These beads average approximately 20mm long by 15mm wide. The color of this the jade is a lovely mottled green. All beads are knotted on green cord.This necklace measures approximately 36 1/2” in total wearable length, and is in overall EXCELLENT antique condition. There is some chipping end enamel loss on the enameled beads as is seen in the photos. This is typical, and not distracting. This necklace weighs in at 127.3 grams on my digital scale.
