Stir the fix into 200 ml cooking cream. Pour the sauce evenly over the fish. 3. Cook the fish in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 200°C (fan oven: 175°C). Frozen fish takes about 5 minutes longer. Serve with rice and carrot vegetables.
