It includes new, IP67 waterproof switches rated at 500,000 cycle life; QTY 9 (originals rated at 100,000 cycles and not waterproof) It also includes a new, original or original-quality 4.3-inch color TFT Screen. In most cases, additional parts will be included as needed at no extra cost . I will get your approval if any additional costs are required. By purchasing this package, these parts will be installed at no additional cost. All parts come with a two-year warranty. Jacuzzi J400 series spa controls from 2009-2015: In 98% of cases, your existing topside controller can be repaired. The bones of these controllers are robust and capable of decades of reliable service, if cared for properly. Like the tires on an automobile, some topside control parts wear out and have to be replaced. When replaced properly, they can restore the controller to like-new functionality. I have sourced many parts that are better than the originals in quality and longevity. In most cases, your renewed topside control will have a longer trouble-free life span than it did as a new controller. The picture shows the 6600-857, 6600-405, and 6600-099 topside controllers from 2009-2015. The picture is for reference only. I do not sell controls. I have no controls to sell. They are discontinued, hard to find, and usually get snapped up for more than $1000. You have several options if you have one of these non-functioning controllers: Option 1: Replace both the topside, and the J1000 main load box control panel (gray box inside your spa), and sensors, since the newer available controls are incompatible with your original J1000 main load-box control panel and sensors. The estimated cost is $2500 + labor for the Jacuzzi-brand conversion and $800+labor for a non-Jacuzzi, aftermarket conversion. Option 2: Send your topside control to Topside Medic for repair. I charge $299 for repairs that don't require replacing the LCD screen and $398 for repairs that include a new screen. I will tell you up front what the total cost will be before any repairs are done. You do not have to pay anything until you know it can be fixed and you know the total cost. I will give you instructions on how to remove and reinstall your control. Send in your broken topside controller and, in most cases, it will be repaired for a flat $299, unless it needs a new screen, then $398. Cosmetic refurbishment is not included but can be negotiated if feasible. If it can’t be repaired, it can be returned to you with a full refund minus a $20 Non-Priority Shipping and Handling fee. You can purchase the non-marring removal tool kit online or at your local Harbor Freight Tools for around $8. Please see the picture of the Harbor Freight tool kit in the photo section of this listing for reference. Remember to cover the hole in the spa after the topside is removed; do not allow water or moisture to enter the inside of the hot tub enclosure! I recommend that you tape plastic over the hole before closing the hot tub's thermal cover, since the thermal covers are not reliably waterproof. This service comes with a two-year parts and labor warranty. Warranty only covers parts and labor involved in the original repair. If it develops a new problem, it will not be covered under warranty. I have a large inventory of genuine Jacuzzi parts and non-Original Equipment Manufacturer (non-OEM) parts and can usually return your control within 2 weeks. I have over 40 years experience repairing electronics at the component level. I use appropriate precautions with your electronics including ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) safe work spaces. Your control is fully tested before it is returned to you. It is a smoke-free premises. Shipping your controller to me: Please purchase a shipping label from your preferred carrier. I have no preference which carrier you choose. When returning your topside to you, I prefer to use FedEx 2-day shipping and the $26 flat-rate shipping charged with this listing covers FedEx 2-day shipping as well as the maximum allowed additional shipping insurance which will be either $299 or $398 depending on what you pay for the repair. I recommend that you insure it for at least $299 when you ship it to me. It's best to use a box with plenty of packing material rather than a padded envelop to protect from shipping damage.
