It is guaranteed to be factory sealed as it has the y-fold seals on top and bottom and Sony UPC strip on top. This item is in mint condition. There are no loose discs, no cracks in the case and no tears in the wrap. There is a promo hole in the UPC in back on the case insert, under the wrap. This game is very rare so don't miss out!
