Description: Very clean set of Ben Hogan GCD Midsize irons. These have a variable center of gravity in the head, with the higher lofted irons having a higher CG, and the long irons having a lower CG. Pretty advanced for the day. Regular flex Apex 3 shafts that are "black steel". All the shaft bands are there and clear. The original Hogan grips are still there, are still soft and tacky, and don't even need replacement. Pretty rare for clubs of this vintage. Pretty darn sharp looking set. Don't think you'll find a cleaner set.
