This is one a few 539C testers being sold by Hickok Meters with the digital meters already installed. There will be probably very few being sold with digital meters because the digital meters are only offered to be purchased separately and installed by 539C owners themselves. Late Model that is Calibrated & Clean. New capacitors and critical resistors. This 539C can be adjusted to work on 230 volts. Directions are in the manual. See pictures 6 thru 9 for calibration specs and information for this 539C. These pages should tell you all you need to know about this 539C. No trick to use digital meters. The main meter has instructions etched on the metal plate. Please see the calibration information in the pictures. A DVD with manual and tube data will be included on request, or I can email the contents of the DVD in PDF files. There are no paper manuals included. If you have this shipped to a third party shipper to have this shipped internationally, we are only responsible for the tube tester to get to that third party shipper, and not responsible for any damage caused by the third party shipper. Once the unit is delivered to the third party shipper the unit is considered delivered. Anything after that is out of our control and responsibility.
