Piece was removed from the Styrofoam box to inspect and to take pictures for this auction. A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) document is included with its limited number in production. An electrical cord with the light bulb (nightlight) size with an on/off switch is included. Company and product information are printed on the bottom underside of the building. Building is made with ceramic and is fragile and breakable. The item will be shipped in the heavy-duty Styrofoam box it was previously shipped in. NOTE: PLEASE READ ALL OF THE TERMS BELOW.
