Description: VERY NICE antique teddy bear!! He is approx. 25" long. His head and snout are stuffed with a harder type of filling (though we don't hear crunchy noises if we squeeze it so we don't know if it's excelsior or not). He has lovely glass eyes and a very nice floss nose and mouth. His body is stuffed with a 'harder' soft dense stuffing. He is jointed. Some of his joints are loose but they still work. His fur is nice but is missing in many worn areas. **He does have a hole at the top back of his left arm. Please see pics. He has a slight hump on his back. His paw pads are a velvet type of material. We don't know when he was made or who made him. Based on his stitching and materials we are guessing he was made in the 1940's? But we don't know that for sure. He is super cute!! He'd be great for any collector!!
