If you were on Dead Tour in 1990, then I will be restating the obvious here, but hey - it's always nice to leave no stone unturned, right ? This Amazing ! " Top-Hat Skeleton " was the design selected for the Cover of the Official Grateful Dead 1990 Tour ' Book ' Program ! If you had one of these, then you will likely give a " thumbs-up ! " here ... as this nice-thick Tour-Book offered an Excellent ! selection of writing, photos, what's happening - in the present, and what's happened in the G.D. past ... and more & more photos ! Grate-ones too, may I add. Well, G.D. stuff always does a nice job of selling itself, and especially at the merchandise booth inside the Show ! ... but, it's done even easier when it's got a Griff ! modern-Masterpiece on the Cover !! I myself really-dig this one, as it reminds me of those times when you would be inside some venue, in some state, on some Tour ! ... and when looking one way, you'd see a ' Spinner ' in the Breezeway, dressed in dresses, dyes, Birks, and maybe even dreads ! -- then, you take one look the other way - and there are a couple folks standing in suits, ties - and yes, I even remember seeing Tuxedos !!! Among many things wonderful about a Dead Show, is just the way that it would draw in the Masses ! from all-different walks of life, and everyone could leave their hang-ups on the other side of the turnstiles ... and could just get down & boogie Together !! ... Enjoying some Good Ol' Grateful Dead Rock 'n Roll, Psychedelic Rock, a little Drums !, and lots of Space !! That's what that one reminds me of - that guy in the Tux ! ... getting ready to find his seat, or spot on the rail ! - so ready, to get down & do some much needed Dancin' ! in the Aisles !!
