Description: For your consideration is a nice sterling silver circular Pill / Trinket Box, made by Gorham, circa 1896. Box has neat floral Repousse decorations on lid. Very attractive and functional Box. This Piece is in good age appropriate condition- it has a number of small base dings -see photo #10. Also has one tiny ding on side - dings are very minor. Pill box has an engraved Crown Crest on lid. Marked: Gorham’s Mark, “STERLING 879”, and a Date mark. Weight: 20.8 Grams. Diameter: 1 7/8 Inches. Height: 5/8 of an Inch.
