A H Glasner was a grocer from Iowa who also bottled and distributed Dick Bros Beer, out of Quincy, Illinois. In the early 1880s, Jacob Barzen partnered up with Glasner and, by 1884, the partners left the grocery business completely and went into liquor distributing full-time. Their business was healthy and grew well, establishing representatives in 8 states outside of Missouri. These old shot glasses are perfect for display or occasional use. Possibility of very minor chip/scratch in the label if there are no other wear marks on the glass. VERY GOOD = similar number of wear marks as excellent rating, just a little more noticeable. Possibility of a light scratch ring on the bottom surface. Possibility of a minor chip or scratch in the label, nothing obvious.GOOD = many light wear marks with the possibility of 1-2 minor scratches somewhere on the glass.
