Description: Rebuild your Johnson Loader cylinders used on the Deere, Cub, Bolens and others. This kit is for the Johnson 27, 14 (with 2" diameter cylinders), Kubota B219 and Deere 20. These are the loadrs with 2" cylinders(measured on the INSIDE diameter of the barrel, the O.D. will measure about 2 3/8-2 1/2" with the 3/16" wall thickness)Tilt rods are 1 1/8" diameter, and lift rods are 1 1/8"diameter. Included in these kits are all the O-rings, backup O-rings and seals/wipers for the 2 lift and 2 tilt cylinders to rebuild all four of your cylinders. I do include an exploded view for you to follow along. The kits have all of the o-rings and seals packaged together as they are easy to match up to the old for replacement. SKF seals are sourced for wipers/dust seals. These cylinders are some of the easiest to get apart because of the gland design and simple snap ring toremove it. Many tractor addicts have repaired their own cylinders, using my kits, although they had neverworked on hydraulic cylinders before. The only special tools needed are snap-ring pliers, a vise and a big wrench/adjustable wrench for the piston nut (about 1.5"). I have started carrying the retaining snap-rings for the glands. Most of my previous customers have reused theirs. If you would like them, they are an extra $10 for the four.
