Description: This Dollhouse is The Corona Concepts Series by Greenleaf. The Kit is made in the USA. This Kit is now FULLY ASSEMBLED and now move in ready for you to add your mini furniture and decor for Victorian English Cottage. The outside has a "simulated brick" look which is custom made with shredded cardboard, stroform cups around door and windows and paint and plaster. Hours of work, patience and imagination. The second floor is shingled and painted Gray. The porch and porch trim is painted black and the roof shingles are a medium brown. The house sits on a mat 20 x 16 with enough space around for some landscaping. The plans called for two rooms on the lower floor and two rooms on the second floor. The "open concept" is so popular now even in mini land that I left the first floor a "great room". (I will include the room divider if you want to use it.)The first 10 pictures are the dollhouse empty. The last 8 pictures show prop furniture and hopefully give you a feeling of cozy and roomy with furniture in 1:12 Scale. The House is Sold UNFURNISHED. The finished dollhouse according to the box is 21" Wide x 21" High x 14" Deep - VERY MISLEADING. The Dollhouse is 11" Deep because they included the 4" porch. That 4 inch porch makes the dormer on the second floor (I made a book nook) you can make that a built in bed or anything you want. Just wanted to bring to your attention the difference in the measurements. There is a staircase to the second floor on the side of the house with no downstair window. The bathroom has a custom window. Made smaller for furniture arrangement. The Bathroom floor is a simulated "tile" floor. If you have any questions or need more pictures let me know.
