No additional printings are indicated. The interior is in good condition. There is foxing, writing on the front right flyleaf, and webbing is showing between the front and back end papers. The book is attached to the cover. The cover is in fair condition. It shows soiling, browning of the spine, stains, wear at the head and foot of the spine, the left edge of the front is split 4” and the book is cocked. The dust jacket is missing. The book, is 6 3/4” X 10 1/2” tall and 212 pages. There are 20 color plates, 10 monochrome plates and 10 b & w drawings in the text. The front and back end papers are decorated with maps. It would be fun to travel the route described in the book, with book in hand. Much must have changed since the end of the Edward VII reign when the world moved at the pace of a horse.
