The flowers are hand painted blue with green and gold leaves. Also painted in blue along the top. With gold gilding along the ruffled opening. Marked on the bottom with a shield above Fischer J. Budapest Hungary. Circa 1890s. Has some crazing typical of faience and some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 4 3/8 inches wide x 4 inches tall.
