Description: These are the Fiery Furnace Blacksmith Hand-Held Fullers (NOTE: the horsehead IS NOT included. It is shown ONLY for reference, to show you what the tool can be used for. The hard-working blacksmith demonstrating the tool in use, is also not included!) Each fuller is made from brand-new, 5/8-inch round, 5160 spring steel. The fuller radius is approximately 1/4-inch, width is approximately 3/4 - 7/8-inch, and the edges are relieved to create a nice smooth impression in your project. Each fuller is approximately 9-inches long and is intended to be used as a hand-held forging tool. The working surface is polished with a scotch-bright belt (equivalent to 220 grit.) The fuller is intended for use on hot steel and is not hardened and tempered. The natural resilience of 5160 spring steel makes this tool extremely tough, and it will give you many years of good service in its intended use! This tool is great for horse-head manes, stock isolation, controlled stock spreading and distribution, leaf decorations, stock decorations, numerous operations for other animal heads, and a host of other processes, limited only by your personal imagination and creativity.
