Opitz, Philadelphia, PA, Choice Mint. Hand colored 3" x 2.25" die-sunk print on large sheet, 14" x 11", along with a red-inked small print of a coat of arms. Signed "Albert Rosenthal" (listed as one of the 20 subscribers of the printing) in pencil below the oval bust of Washington in uniform, from a 1785 miniature by "Peale in the possession of the Long Island Historical Society." Penciled notations: "No. 12" and "H 60a." Includes a small tissue overlay with the printed names of 20 subscribers who received copies of this plate.
