Description: Interesting realist contemporary pastel still life of apples by listed Massachusetts and New Mexico artist Elizabeth Rickert (b. 1943). Rickert has been exhibiting nationally since the 1980s including exhibitions at the Marlborough Gallery in Boston; Trudy Labell Fine Art in Naples, Florida; Peterson Cody in Santa Fe; Oil Painters of America; and many others. Her work is in numerous major collections. This pastel, purchased from the Marlborough Galleries in the 1990s (invoice attached), is signed lower right, measures 12" x 11.5", and is in good condition (some of the images have reflections from the camera).
