Description: Offered for your consideration is a small clear glass footed bowl with gold trim made by the New Martinsville Glass Manufacturing Company (1900-1944) in their pattern number 707. Also known as "Mauretania", this pattern was introduced in 1908. The footed bowl measures approximately 2.75 inches (7 cm) in diameter and is slightly over 2.75 inches (7 cm) tall. This bowl is in excellent used condition with no cracks, chips, noticeable scratches, roughness, nor repairs. The gold trim is deep and rich with only slight wear in places. Bowl is used so there may be faint surface scratches, minor wear, or additional indications of use. See photos. The glass is bright and clear with no cloudiness, discoloration, nor lime scale present. There may be bubbles, shear (straw) marks, or other minor imperfections within the glass due to the manufacturing process used at the time.
