The filter is freshly cleaned and oiled. Dinan makes two versions of this: open and closed. This listing is for the closed version which has all the performance but is more quiet than the open version. Dinan's website says this fits 2016 - 2021 M240, 340, and 440 i and ix versions. Please verify fitment that before ordering. I've included close-ups of the slight scuffs where the clips go, which is perfectly normal and occurs when latching / unlatching.
