It looks like new except for the metal flag ,to stick onto a building the backing is missing and will longer stick on it's own. You will need to use some tacky wax. It is a 5 pc. set. 1. String of star lights 2. Flag to stick on a building. 3. Tree with red , white and blue pompoms. 4. Uncle Sam figure. 5. Star on a stand. They measure from 2 to 8 inches high.
