Description: This auction is for 1998 Village Series #55500 "Independence Hall." It is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. Independence Hall measures approx. 12 inches high x 9 inches long x 7 inches wide. The ceramic sign measures 3 inches high x 5 inches long x 2 1/2 inches wide. Also included is a information booklet about the history of "Independence Hall." There is only one clock that tells actual time, it isn't working , I believe it needs a new battery. I tried to find a replacement battery but, I couldn't find one anywhere. The battery size is a tiny button battery SR527SW. It does display well with out it working. It comes with it's flag, top finial, ceramic sign and light cord. It would look great in your village or a table top display. It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. It comes in it's original Styrofoam box the outer cardboard box shows some wear from storage.
