Through the years, I kept receiving them as gifts and kept buying them, but I stopped displaying them all. Over the past couple of years, I have been slowly letting go of most of my collection. Almost all of my pieces are in their original boxes. None of them have any damage and still light up beautifully. Some of them were never displayed. They are all in beautiful condition, for sure! This is the Department 56 "CITY CLOCKWORKS" #56.5531-0 lighted house from the CHRISTMAS IN THE CITY SERIES. I may have displayed this a couple of times at the most over the years. It's honestly in like new condition. The house and light cord are in their original packaging. City Clockworks was issued in December of 1992 and was retired in December of 1996, making this not as easy to find as other mass-produced pieces. It is in beautiful condition with its working light cord and the original box. You will receive exactly what you see in the photos I have provided.
