Description: For sale is a Department 56 Alpine Village Series Building from the estate of a local collector. This is the 56120 Sport Laden Building, which appears to be some kind of lodge with a chocolate shoppe attached. This looks VG, and I don't see any obvious damage, but check the pictures closely and feel free to ask further questions, in case I have missed something. This comes in its original styro packaging and sleeve, which has a decent amount of edge wear. This will ship in a sturdy shipping box for maximum protection, and the shipping weight is 4 pounds.
