Description: This is a Dell, 1967 "Countdown" movie comic book in excellent condition. The comic book was signed by actor and star James Caan on June 24, 2012 in Hollywood when he made an appearance at the Hollywood star ceremony for his friend George Hamilton. Mr. Caan loved looking at the comic briefly and signed the cover in black marker pen, surprised someone brought him something so rare. I am thinning out my rather extensive autograph collection and this is an exquisite piece that I have kept in a sleeve for preservation for decades. I am a professional writer / author (see here a selection of my books) and through my writing over decades (also for TV Guide, Los Angeles Times, etc.) I acquired autographs of many actors and favorites in Los Angeles at events of every nature. I am happy to include a signed Letter of Provenance if the purchaser requests. Of course, the watermark "ebay" does not appear on the item.
