The Cab flips up and the tanker has a press down lever to release the tanker. The tanker is missing a sticker on the passenger side. The tank is plastic while the truck is all meatal except for the interior. The two black lids on the tanker do flip up. Truck and trailer measure about 10 1/2 inches long I will combine shipping with other items
