Description: Cole Pottery Bean Pot W Stick Handle Brown Sugar Glaze JB or Nell Cole? This beautiful bowl is definitely Cole Pottery and I believe it to be from the JB Cole shop. I have seen a similar one signed by Nell Cole Graves. The style is just a little different because the rim at the top is not quite as pronounced as it is from some of the other Cole Potters. It does have a stick handle that is hollow. This piece is in overall good condition but it does have a chip out of the top that blends in with the way it's glazed. I have tried to capture photos of this but it does blend well enough that you have to look for it. The glaze is spectacular! I love old southern Cole Pottery, flaws and all!
